Snowflake Martini Recipe

Süß, elegant und so hübsch, dass man sofort wissen will, was dahintersteckt.

A photo of Snowflake Martini Recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients photo for Snowflake Martini Recipe

  • Vanilla vodka brings that cozy bakery vibe, without making the drink feel too heavy.
  • White chocolate liqueur makes it creamy, sweet, and honestly kind of dessert-like.
  • White crème de cacao adds a soft cocoa note that doesn’t overpower everything.
  • Cream or half-and-half gives it that silky, snow-day-in-a-glass texture.
  • Ice chills it fast and helps everything shake up smooth and frosty.
  • Sugared rim adds sparkle, a little crunch, and makes it feel party-ready.
  • Plus, white chocolate shavings make it cute without trying too hard.
  • A snowflake cookie garnish is extra, but in the best festive way.
  • Basically, it’s sweet, creamy, and way too easy to sip.

Ingredient Quantities

  • 45 ml Vanille Wodka

How to Make this

1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

2. If rimming the glass, wet the rim with a little cream or simple syrup and dip it into white decorative sugar or powdered sugar, then set the glass aside.

3. In a cocktail shaker, add 45 ml vanilla vodka, 30 ml white chocolate liqueur, 15 ml white Crème de Cacao and 15 ml heavy cream or half and half.

4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes until about three quarters full.

5. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold and the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.

6. Remove the ice from the chilled martini glass if you used ice water to chill it.

7. Strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer or the shaker strainer into the prepared martini glass.

8. Garnish with white chocolate shavings or a snowflake cookie placed on the rim, and sprinkle a few extra shavings on top if desired.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy the snowy, creamy flavors.

  • Schlagsahne oder Halb und Halb
    • Coconut cream for a subtle tropical, dairy-free option
    • Oat cream for a light, plant-based creamy texture

Pro Tips

1) Chill everything: Pop the glass and the vodka in the fridge for a bit so the drink stays cold longer. A colder spirit needs less dilution to reach the right texture.

2) Shake for texture, not just cold: Shake hard and long enough to get a silky, slightly frothy body. That tiny bit of aeration makes the cream feel lighter and more luxurious.

3) Temper the cream for a smoother finish: If your cream is very cold, let it sit a minute at room temperature so it blends more smoothly with the liqueurs. Overly cold cream can seize and create streaks.

4) Balance the sweetness and presentation: If it reads too sweet, add a splash more vodka or a few drops of fresh lemon juice to lift the flavors. For a clean rim, press the glass into chilled cream or syrup first, then dip straight down into the decorative sugar to avoid clumps.
